BTAC charity concert
Shrink Safe Containment wrapped the stage for Band Together Against Cancer, supporting kids fighting cancer. Beyond supplying high-performance Safe Seal products, the team went above and beyond to help the community, showing what it means to be part of the Safe Seal family.
Harbour-side heritage restoration
Just Tube Scaffolding installed Safe Seal Wrap in The Rocks, Sydney, as part of heritage restoration against the Sydney Harbour Bridge. With guidance from Shrink Safe, the team achieved a fully waterproof seal, keeping the structure protected while work continued. This project shows how the right materials and expert support deliver reliable, weather-tight containment in challenging environments.
NSW Coal Port gantry project
Rize Scaffold, with support from Layher, installed over 200 tonnes of scaffold and 23,040 m² of Safe Seal Wrap to fully contain blast, paint, and structural works. The wrap held up in sustained 60–90 km/h winds, keeping the site safe and allowing work to continue efficiently. Safe Seal delivered reliable protection, maintaining safety and schedule on this large-scale commercial project.
NSW Coal Port shiploader
Shrink Safe Containment installed Safe Seal Fire Retardant Wrap, supported by tape, zipper doors, and geo membrane flooring, fully encapsulating scaffold for blast, paint, and structural works. Over 400 tonnes of scaffold and 6,460 m² of wrap withstood winds up to 90 km/h, keeping the site safe and contained throughout the three-month project.
Sydney Metro rail upgrade
Apex Access & Rigging used Safe Seal Wrap to provide full encapsulation for paint and blast works on the Sydney to Bankstown upgrade. With a solid setup and quality installation, the right product kept the project safe and reliable from day one — a great example of Safe Seal in action across Australia.
Coal Reclaimer – NSW
Shrink Safe installed Safe Seal Wrap on a coal reclaimer project in NSW, with the roof pre-wrapped before being craned into position to save valuable shutdown time. Installed by Rize Scaffold with support from Layher Australia, the setup delivered efficient containment and a smart solution for a time-critical project.
Coal Loading Wharf – NSW
Working in a sensitive marine environment, Safe Seal Wrap and fully sealed flooring were used to ensure complete containment during works at a coal loading wharf in NSW. Installed by Rize Scaffold with support from Layher Australia, the project protected surrounding waterways while delivering a safe and reliable setup.
Temporary Stage – NSW
For a birthday celebration, a temporary stage structure was wrapped using Safe Seal Wrap to provide full containment and protection. Installed by Shrink Safe, the setup ensured the structure was secure and ready for the event, letting the clients focus on the music and dance floor without worry.
Blast Chamber – NSW
A temporary blast chamber was set up for paint and blast works at a NSW power station, using Safe Seal Wrap with a fully door system. Installed by Shrink Safe, the containment allowed safe material movement with mechanical aid while maintaining a controlled environment throughout the project.
